The Comprehensive HHT Outcomes Registry of the United States (CHORUS) is an observational registry of patients diagnosed with Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT). The purpose of this study is to better understand HHT, the symptoms and complications it causes, and the impact the disease has on people's lives. The investigators will collect long-term information about the participant, allowing us to understand how the disease changes over time, and what factors can influence those changes. Ultimately, this should help improve treatments for the disease. Another important goal of the study is to provide a way to contact people to participate in future clinical trials and other research. The registry will be a centralized resource for recruitment for clinical trials. People in the registry will not be obligated to join any of these additional studies, but if interested, can agree to be contacted if they may be eligible for a study. Participants will: - Be asked to provide permission to collect information from their medical records, including things like demographic information, diagnosis information, family history, test results, treatment information, symptoms, complications, lifestyle and other relevant medical information. - Be asked study-related questions by phone or at a clinic visit. - Be asked study-related questions every year after enrollment for up to 10 years or until the study ends. A member of the study team will communicate with participants by phone or at clinic visits to collect information regarding any changes to their health over the previous year/s including new test results, treatment information, symptoms, and complications from HHT.

Efficiency of Determining the Clinical Class of Chronic Venous Disorders by Artificial Intelligence

Purpose: To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of the method for determining the clinical class of chronic venous diseases using the Ivenus application (within C0-C2 according to CEAP). Materials and methods: Patients who applied to several phlebology clinics for an initial consultation are consistently included in a multicenter prospective study. At the appointment, a doctor with at least 5 years of experience takes photographs of the lower extremities and uploads them to the IVENUS application, which automatically determines the clinical class according to CEAP, without showing the results to the surgeon (blinding). Further, the doctor independently determines the clinical class according to CEAP and enters the data into the register. The object of the study is a photograph of a certain area of the lower limb.

Pilot Study to Evaluate the Interest of PDL in the Management of Telangiectasia of the Face and Neckline in Systemic Scleroderma

This single-center, prospective, open-label, quasi-experimental, intra-individual comparative study will include a consecutive cohort of 21 patients with diffuse or limited, minimally active scleroderma with 3 to 30 years of evolution. Patients will have 4 sessions of pulsed dye laser 595 nm spaced 8 weeks apart. The final quadruple evaluation by several evaluators will be 2 months after the last session, on the following criteria: evolution of the number of telangiectasia; subjective improvement score (LINKERT scale); impact on quality of life (SKINDEX score); visual analog pain scale (VAS); adverse events (AEs), including discontinuation of treatment due to post-session purpura (AT-PPS); patient satisfaction (yes or no).

Clinical Observation of Pulsed Dye Laser and Intense Pulsed Light in Treating Facial Telangiectasia

1. Facial telangiectasia is one of the common skin vascular lesions characterized by dilated cutaneous vasculatures in the skin surface or mucous membranes. Lesions are generally sensitive to exposure of cold, heat and sun. Those distinct small dilated blood vessels are cosmetically disfiguring for patients which require an effective solution. The traditional management options for facial telangiectasia include cryotherapy, CO2 laser, topical agent, oral estrogens, electrosurgery, and radioactive treatment. However, inadequate outcomes and severe adversaries are the major concerns to patients and physicians. 2. Pulsed dye laser (PDL) is effective for vasodilatory diseases, especially for the superficial to middle layers of the dermis. The intense pulsed light source is an alternative or supplement to the already existing laser devices that are part of the laser surgeon's repertoire. The broad wavelength spectrum and variable pulse duration allow greater penetration depths to be reached without damaging surrounding tissue and thus enhance the versatility of this system. 3. This study aims to compare the clearance efficacy of facial telangiectasia using PDL (595nm) with IPL configured by various wavelength bands, including M22 vascular filter (530-650nm and 900-1200nm), M22 560 (560-1200nm), M22 590 (590-1200nm) .

Skin Imaging to Inform Laser Treatments

The purpose of this study is to obtain information (such as lesion depth, depth of the most superficial part of the lesion, and the size and density of blood vessels) with the assistance of an imaging device, and use this information to assist in selection of laser settings for the treatment of skin conditions. The imaging modality is called Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT). Multiple laser modalities will be used, including intense pulsed light lasers (BroadBand Light, Profractional Sciton), pulsed dye lasers (Vbeam Perfecta, Candela), long-pulse 755nm lasers (GentleLASE, Candela), Sciton long-pulse 1064nm lasers, and non-ablative and ablative fractional resurfacing lasers (Profractional, Sciton). All of the lasers noted above are the only ones that will be used in this study. These lasers have 510k clearance and are being used as per their approved indications in this study. The choice of laser type is based on the skin lesion and is recommended by the physician, and the subjects who are going to enroll in this study will already be planned to undergo laser treatment as a standard of care for their condition. This is a pilot study that will explore the utility of skin imaging in guiding the laser treatment of skin lesions.

D-OCT of Facial Telangiectasia Treated With IPL

Objectives: To examine whether dynamic Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) could characterize vessel dimensions and blood flow of telangiectasias before and after treatment with Intense Pulsed Light (IPL). Methods: Dynamic-OCT (D-OCT) imaged telangiectasia characterized blood vessel width and depth, blood flow, and attenuation. Measurements were done immediately before and after, 1-3 days after, and 1 month after IPL treatment. Characterization of vessel dimensions at baseline were verified by a blinded observer. At one-month follow-up, clinical improvement was characterized as good, moderate or none and possible adverse effects were described.

Partial Breast Versus no Irradiation for Women With Early Breast Cancer

All early breast cancer patients are offered adjuvant breast radiation therapy (RT) after breast conserving surgery for an early breast cancer. Breast cancer is heterogeneous, and selected patients have a very low gain from RT, whilst they still have risk of acute and late side effects from RT. This trial will try identify selection criteria for low risk breast cancer patients who can safely omit adjuvant RT without unacceptable high risk of local failure.

Ultherapy for the Treatment of Spider Veins on the Legs

Up to 30 enrolled subjects will be treated. Enrolled subjects will receive Ultherapy® treatments along each length of the spider vein. Follow-up visits will occur at 30 and 60 days post-treatment. Study images will be obtained pre-treatment, immediately post-treatment, and at each follow-up visit.
