The investigators aim to investigate and understand the circulating miRNA profiles after acute aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage and underlying pathological significance.

1. The investigators aim to investigate the miRNA classifier for delayed cerebral infarction after aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage; 2. The investigators aim to investigate the corresponding circulating and CSF miRNA profiles. ;
