Eligibility Inclusion Criteria: - Cases with complicated PDR as persistant vitreous hemorrhage or tractional retinal detachment involving or threatening the macula underwent PPV with or without ILM peeling Exclusion Criteria: - eyes with media opacity after PPV not allowing imaging of the macula
