Clinical Trial Summary

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of ipatasertib plus abiraterone and prednisone/prednisolone compared with placebo plus abiraterone and prednisone/prednisolone in participants with metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
