Head nurse leadership competency and effectiveness are very essential to manage nursing care practices and management activities in their hospitals. Development leadership competency intervention programs would improve the head nurse's competency and effectiveness.
The goal of the study is to monitor and evaluate the implementation of interventions that aim to increase HPV & MMR vaccines among underserved communities across four European countries: Greece, Netherlands, Poland, and Slovakia. The interventions will target identified health systems barriers in an earlier phase of the project. The interventions that will be implemented employ trusted community members as health promotors whom will provide educational sessions on HPV and MMR vaccination to the target groups. In addition, the cost-effectiveness of vaccine uptake strategies for the target groups is being evaluated. The main research question is: to what extent is the multicomponent tailored intervention effective to increase MMR/HPV intention and vaccine uptake in the target population in Greece, Netherlands, Poland and Slovakia?
The overall goal of this project is to design, implement, and revise the Core Competency Model for Corrections (CCM-C), an evidence-based Self-Directed Violence (SDV) prevention training program for correctional mental health providers in the North Carolina Department of Adult Corrections (DAC). The proposed specific aims are: Aim 1: To create the CCM-C training program. Aim 2: To assess preliminary training effectiveness. Aim 3: To gather training program quality improvement feedback from corrections stakeholders.

The goal of this study is to assess how useful the proposed one-page FDA-template PMI is to potential users. The main questions it aims to answer are: How does the proposed one-page FDA-template PMI compare with the current drug information insert in terms of usefulness and comprehension? and How does the proposed one-page FDA-template PMI compare with a revision adding drug benefit information? Participants will randomized to review one of three patient medication information sheets and then asked questions related to usefulness and comprehension.

The study aimed to examine the effect of a randomized trial of a green management intervention program on nurse manager outcomes.
Aim of the study Assessing the effect of an oral health education program on knowledge, attitude, practice, and dental caries among a group of school children in a governmental school in Fayoum, Egypt.
This project will compare two training models of an evidence-based online dementia care training program for direct care staff in assisted living to a waitlist control: 1) essentiALZ training and 2) essentiALZ training + Project ECHO. It will examine the extent to which each model is implemented and achieves its intended outcomes to improve staff knowledge and attitudes, change care practices, and improve the wellbeing of staff, residents, and residents' family members. Results will inform next steps in dementia care training for the assisted living (AL) and broader long-term care workforce. To examine these outcomes, data will be collected from AL staff and families over the course of 6 months. Staff will complete questionnaires and participate in interviews (as applicable) at baseline, post-training, 3-months, and 6-months. Families will participate in interviews at baseline, 3-months, and 6-months.
