NCT ID: NCT04786964 Terminated - Clinical trials for Metastatic Non-squamous Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

Study of Pemetrexed+Platinum Chemotherapy With or Without Cosibelimab (CK-301) in First Line Metastatic Non-squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

CONTERNO
Start date: December 8, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is an efficacy and safety study of cosibelimab (CK-301) combined with pemetrexed/platinum chemotherapy versus pemetrexed/platinum chemotherapy alone in participants with advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have not previously received systemic therapy for advanced disease. Participants will be randomly assigned in a 2:1 ratio to receive cosibelimab combined with pemetrexed/platinum (Investigators choice of cisplatin or carboplatin), OR pemetrexed/platinum (Investigators choice of cisplatin or carboplatin). The primary hypothesis is that cosibelimab in combination with pemetrexed/platinum chemotherapy prolongs Overall Survival (OS) compared to pemetrexed/platinum chemotherapy alone.

NCT ID: NCT04734873 Terminated - Covid-19 Clinical Trials

CPI-006 Plus Standard of Care Versus Placebo Plus Standard of Care in Mild to Moderately Symptomatic Hospitalized Covid-19 Patients

Start date: February 25, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase 3, randomized, placebo controlled, double-blind, multicenter, stratified study of CPI-006 plus standard of care (SOC) versus placebo plus SOC in mild to moderately symptomatic hospitalized Covid-19 patients with the primary objective to compare the proportion of participants alive and respiratory failure free between CPI-006 plus SOC versus placebo plus SOC.

NCT ID: NCT04526821 Terminated - SARS-CoV-2 Clinical Trials

Lactoferrin for Prevention of COVID-19 in Health Care Workers

LF-COVID
Start date: October 17, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Clinical trial in health care personnel (physicians, nurses or nurse assistants) to determine the effect of orally-administered bovine lactoferrin to prevent SARS-CoV-2 infection. Participants will be randomized to receive daily bovine lactoferrin plus standard measures during 12 weeks or placebo (maltodextrine) for the prevention of SARS-CoV-2. The target enrollment is 336 participants. Each study participant will be monitored twice a week for symptoms of COVID-19 and if symptoms occur, a RT-PCR will be performed. Additionally, we will evaluate asymptomatic infections, by measuring SARS-CoV-2 serology every 4 weeks.

NCT ID: NCT04521621 Terminated - Neoplasm Metastasis Clinical Trials

A Study of Gebasaxturev (V937) in Combination With Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in Participants With Advanced/Metastatic Solid Tumors (V937-013)

Start date: October 28, 2020
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy in participants with advanced/metastatic or recurrent malignancies who receive gebasaxturev (V937) in combination with pembrolizumab (MK-3475). The primary objective for Part 1 is to evaluate the objective response rate, and the primary objective for Part 2 is to determine the safety and tolerability of gebasaxturev administered in combination with pembrolizumab. With Amendment 4, this study will be terminated once all participants who have completed or discontinued gebasaxturev treatment and are only receiving pembrolizumab may be enrolled in a pembrolizumab extension study, if available, to continue pembrolizumab monotherapy for up to 35 cycles from first pembrolizumab dose on V937-013.

NCT ID: NCT04511819 Terminated - COVID-19 Clinical Trials

Losmapimod Safety and Efficacy in COVID-19

LOSVID
Start date: August 28, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The therapeutic hypothesis for the use of losmapimod in COVID-19 disease is that increased mortality and severe disease is caused by p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK)-mediated exaggerated acute inflammatory response resulting from SARS-CoV-2 infection. The study Sponsor hypothesizes that the early initiation of p38α/β inhibitor therapy in patients hospitalized with moderate COVID-19 who are at increased risk of a poor prognosis based on older age and elevated systemic inflammation will reduce clinical deterioration including progression to respiratory failure and death. To address this hypothesis, Fulcrum Therapeutics is conducting a Phase 3, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study that will evaluate the safety and efficacy of losmapimod versus placebo in subjects 40 and older who are hospitalized with moderate COVID-19 disease.

NCT ID: NCT04419558 Terminated - Clinical trials for Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

Zephyrus II: Efficacy and Safety Study of Pamrevlumab in Participants With Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF)

Start date: September 30, 2020
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 3 trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of 30 milligrams (mg)/kilogram (kg) intravenous (IV) infusions of pamrevlumab administered every 3 weeks as compared to placebo in participants with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF). There is a 48-week randomized treatment phase followed by an optional, open-label extension phase.

Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is an open-label, multicenter, rollover study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of long-term administration of open-label gantenerumab in participants with AD who completed Study WN29922 or WN39658, either the double-blind or open-label extension (OLE) part.

NCT ID: NCT04210843 Terminated - Clinical trials for Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria

Study of Efficacy and Safety of Ligelizumab in Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria Patients Who Completed a Previous Study With Ligelizumab

Start date: April 8, 2020

This was assessed in adult and adolescent chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) patients who had completed a preceding ligelizumab study and have relapsed, following treatment in these preceding studies, despite standard of care H1-antihistamine (H1-AH) treatment. This study also fulfilled the Novartis commitment to provide post-trial access to patients who had completed studies: CQGE031C2302 (NCT03580369), CQGE031C2303 (NCT03580356), CQGE031C2202 (NCT03437278) or CQGE031C1301 (NCT03907878).
