The purposes of this study is to evaluate the improvement of Tai Chi exercise involved cardiac rehabilitation program on the quality of life ´╝îpsychological states, and clinical outcomes of patients .


Clinical Trial Description

At present, the choice of exercise style is still a difficult and hot issue in sport rehabilitation therapy at home and abroad.The purposes of this study is aimed to compare the influence of the newly compiled Tai Chi combined routine exercise rehabilitation and routine exercise rehabilitation on patients with coronary heart disease, choosing the best rehabilitation program for people with heart disease.The participants were randomly divided into two experimental groups.Experimental group will received the exercise of the newly compiled Tai Chi combined with routine exercise rehabilitation´╝Ťcontrol group will only received routine exercise rehabilitation. Then the quality of life,psychological states, and clinical outcomes were followed up. ;
