NCT ID: NCT06368037 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Obstructive Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

Feasibility Study of the DragonFire for Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy

Start date: August 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study is a prospective, single-center, single-group design exploratory clinical research. No control group is set, and only subjects meeting the indications of the study device are treated. After patients sign informed consent, they are screened, and those meeting the inclusion criteria are enrolled. The treatment involves using myocardial radiofrequency ablation system and catheter-based myocardial radiofrequency ablation needle and its guidance system for treating obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. All subjects are followed up before discharge, and at 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months postoperatively.

NCT ID: NCT06360939 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Ventricular Tachycardia

Radiotherapy vs Catheter Ablation for Ventricular Tachycardia in Structural Heart Disease

Radioablate
Start date: April 15, 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this randomized clinical trial is to test the efficacy of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) in treating ventricular tachycardia (VT) in patients with advanced structural heart disease. The main questions it aims to answer are: - What is the efficacy of SBRT compared to catheter ablation (CA) in achieving a ≥ 75% reduction in VT burden at 6 months - What is the comparable safety profile of SBRT vs CA Researchers will compare SBRT and CA (standard of care).

NCT ID: NCT06354556 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Obstructive Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

Effect of Verapamil Tablets on the Pharmacokinetic of HRS-1893 Tablets in Healthy Subjects

Start date: April 15, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this phase Ⅰ study is to evaluate the effect of oral verapamil tablets on the pharmacokinetics of HRS-1893 in healthy subjects.

NCT ID: NCT06352320 Not yet recruiting - Cardiomyopathies Clinical Trials

Risk Stratification and New Early Prevention and Treatment Strategies for Patients With Cardiomyopathy (STRENGTH)

Start date: December 31, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study will include patients with different types of cardiomyopathy from multiple centers were prospectively enrolled in a retrospective study to establish a natural population cohort of cardiomyopathy patients. By collecting clinical data and biological samples from surgical patients, we will construct a prognostic system for cardiomyopathy, optimize risk stratification, explore new strategies for the early prevention and treatment of cardiomyopathy, and improve the efficiency of clinical cardiomyopathy patients' diagnosis and treatment.

NCT ID: NCT06352307 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Arrhythmogenic Cardiomyopathy

Risk Stratification, Early Prevention and Treatment Strategies for Arrhythmogenic Cardiomyopathy

STARTER
Start date: December 31, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study will include patients diagnosed with Arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (ACM) in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi 'an Jiaotong University and other centers, and collect clinical data and biological samples of patients with different ACM phenotypes. Through the establishment of disease cohort and long-term follow-up, to explore the disease characteristics, development law, clinical characteristics, natural course of disease and long-term prognosis of ACM.

NCT ID: NCT06348732 Not yet recruiting - Cardiomyopathies Clinical Trials

Diagnostic and Prognostic Role of Troponin and Brain Natriuretic Peptide in Pediatric Patients With Cardiomyopathy in Correlation to Echocardiography Findings

Start date: September 1, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study aims to assess the the role of cardiac biomarkers (troponin and ProBNP) in pediatric Patients with all types of cardiomyopathy in correlation with echocardiography findings .

NCT ID: NCT06338696 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Transthyretin Amyloid Cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM)

Thailand ATTR-CM Registry

Start date: June 1, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The investigators of this registry aim to study the natural history, clinical presentation, characteristics, and imaging findings of patients diagnosed with ATTR amyloidosis in Thailand longitudinally. This will enable the investigators to study this disease in depth. With a better understanding, the investigators can aim to develop early screening programs for at-risk patients, raising awareness among non-cardiologists. As amyloid-specific therapies have now become available in Thailand, the findings of this registry can be helpful for epidemiological studies in Thailand.

NCT ID: NCT06338202 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Obstructive Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (oHCM)

Real-World Effectiveness of Mavacamten in Canada

MAVEN
Start date: April 1, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The purpose of this observational, retrospective, physician survey study is to describe the real-world effectiveness and use of mavacamten in participants who initiated treatment for obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (oHCM) in Canada.

NCT ID: NCT06332859 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Acute Coronary Syndrome

Effectiveness of a Resilience-Based Rehabilitation Program for Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

Start date: April 15, 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

To handle daily life challenges, one needs to be psychologically resilient. It plays a crucial role in disease development, prognosis, as well as social, occupational, and community participation. Cardiovascular diseases cause physical and psychological stress, which can be linked to individual resilience and the development of such diseases. Stress can trigger TakoTsubo cardiomyopathy and acute coronary events. Individuals who have experienced TakoTsubo cardiomyopathy or an acute coronary event often feel stressed due to emotional or physical triggers. These triggers may include job loss or illness. In medical rehabilitation, therapists consider the individual circumstances of their patients when planning therapy. It may be important to add a special focus on psychological care, including building resilience, which could greatly benefit these individuals. Therefore, the study aims to investigate whether resilience training, as part of an inpatient multidisciplinary rehabilitation program, affects the individual resilience of rehabilitants with TakoTsubo cardiomyopathy or those who have experienced an acute coronary event.

NCT ID: NCT06327308 Not yet recruiting - Cirrhosis Clinical Trials

Evaluation of Cirrhotic Cardiomyopathy by Cardiac MRI in Patients Waiting for Liver Transplant.

CARDIOFIBROCIR
Start date: March 31, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The aim of this multicenter prospective observational pilot study is to describe the evolution of myocardial fibrosis in cirrhotic patients before and after liver transplantation (LT). Through multimodal analysis of myocardial function and architecture, and analysis of specific markers of inflammation, we aim to explore the following hypotheses: 1) systemic inflammation promotes myocardial fibrosis in cirrhotic patients and could be an early marker of cirrhotic cardiomyopathy; 2) LT allows resolution of myocardial fibrosis by preventing the bacterial translocation that favors the development of deleterious systemic inflammation.
