Filter by:In rheumatoid arthritis patients with active disease despite optimal treatment with methotrexate, the main objective of this pilot study is to use advance imaging tools such as magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound to evaluate which treatment option is more efficacious: initiating methotrexate/sulfasalazine combination therapy, or switching to leflunomide monotherapy
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of MK-8457 + Methotrexate (MTX) in participants with active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and an inadequate response or intolerance to anti-tumor necrosis factor α (anti-TNF-α) therapy. The primary hypothesis of this study is that among participants with active RA, MK-8457 100 mg twice daily (BID) + MTX will be superior to placebo + MTX as measured by the change in Disease Activity Score 28 C-Reactive Protein (DAS28-CRP) after 12 weeks of treatment.
This multi-center observational study will evaluate the use of RoActemra/Actemra (tocilizumab) in monotherapy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Eligible patients initiated on RoActemra/Actemra treatment according to the licensed label will be followed for 6 months.
The primary objective of this study is to collect preoperative, operative and postoperative clinical assessments of patients that qualify for surgical implantation of the INBONE™ Total Ankle Prosthesis.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the long term safety and tolerability of fostamatinib in patients in Asia with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
This trial is conducted in Europe, North America and South America. The aim of this trial is to investigate the clinical efficacy of NNC0109-0012, a human monoclonal antibody, compared to placebo when administered as weekly repeat subcutaneous (under the skin) injections in to patients with active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) with inadequate responses to methotrexate (MTX) while on a stable background of MTX therapy.
This trial is conducted in Europe, North America and South America. The aim of this trial is to investigate the clinical efficacy of NNC0109-0012, a human monoclonal antibody, compared to placebo when administered as weekly s.c. (subcutaneous, under the skin) injections to patients with active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who are inadequate responders to anti-TNFa biologics and are on a stable background of methotrexate (MTX) therapy.
The purpose of this study is to monitor the performance of the DeltaMotion cup system in the treatment of patients with hip joint disease requiring a total hip replacement.Patients who enter the study will be evaluated at regular intervals following hip surgery using patient, clinical and x-ray assessments.
This study will compare an experimental drug called Z102 (combination of prednisolone and dipyridamole, against prednisone 5mg and prednisone 7.5mg in patients with moderate to severe Rheumatoid Arthritis for a period of 52 weeks.
The investigators are doing this research study to see if tocilizumab (Actemra) is safe and effective when used for severe or refractory non-infectious uveitis. Uveitis is an inflammation of the eye that is caused by the body's immune system reacting against the eye tissues.
