NCT ID: NCT06286540 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Aorta Thoracic; Aneurysm

Evaluation of the Efficacy and Safety of Surgical Device "Lymphoblock" for Prevention of Lymphorrhea in Patients With Thoracoabdominal Aorta Repair.

Start date: February 22, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study will determine the clinical efficacy and safety of Lymphoblock in the prevention of postoperative retroperitoneal chylo-/lymphorrhoea in patients with open surgical treatment of the thoracoabdominal aorta. It is planned to recruit 138 clinical observations. Efficacy will be evaluated based on clinical and laboratory data.

NCT ID: NCT06276413 Not yet recruiting - Aortic Dissection Clinical Trials

REgistRy BRAnch goRE EndopRosthEsis

REBRA
Start date: March 1, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

Multicenter registry on patients treated by the new Gore thoracic branched endoprosthesis

NCT ID: NCT06267573 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Thoracoabdominal Aortic Aneurysm

Thoracoabdominal Aortic Aneurysms

Start date: September 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Evaluation of the effectiveness of the different modalities for treatment of thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms. FEVAR and BEVAR devices are widely used now due to its feasability and wide range of use . We aim to evaluate the effectiveness of these new devices in the management of TAAA

NCT ID: NCT06094127 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm

Zenith Thoracic Alpha (ZTA) Post-Market Data Collection

Start date: July 6, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

This study aims to gather real-world clinical data demonstrating the continued safety and performance of the a marketed stent graft (Zenith® Alpha Thoracic Endovascular Graft [ZTA]) and collect longer term follow-up to better understand clinical outcomes associated with the expected lifetime of the device.

NCT ID: NCT06028789 Recruiting - Infections Clinical Trials

AOrtic Surgery: Systemic Inflammatory Response Versus Sepsis

AOSIS
Start date: April 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The goal of the prospective observational study is to evaluate the immunological background of inflammatory response often seen after open thoracic aortic surgery. Patients scheduled for this type of procedure will undergo a series of blood testing (preoperatively, and several times postoperatively). The blood samples will be used for a wide scale of immunological tests to better evaluate potential differential markers against infection. A control group will include patients with active infective endocarditis (preoperatively). The main question is if there is a biomarker able to determine a difference between sterile systemic inflammation and infection after thoracic aortic surgery. The second question is if there is a difference in dynamics of evaluated biomarkers between sterile postoperative inflammation and active endocarditis.

NCT ID: NCT05956873 Completed - Clinical trials for Thoracoabdominal Aortic Aneurysm

Endovascular Aortic Repair of Free and Contained Ruptured Thoraco-Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm

REVAR-TAAA
Start date: January 1, 2015
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Ruptured thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm (TAAA) represents an emergency medical challenge that needs to be treated promptly. Over the past years different endovascular techniques have emerged such as fenestrated or branched endovascular aortic repair (FB-EVAR). However, FB-EVAR is a technique that uses a custom-made device which needs to be manufactured and this process take months, therefore, it could not be used in urgent settings. Off-the-shelf graft stents are pre-made graft stents, which can be used in urgent cases. A retrospective, multicenter cohort study was planned to include patients who underwent endovascular procedures between January 2015 and January 2022 (85 months) to evaluate the technical and survival outcomes of the use of off-the-shelf stent graft, physician-modified endograft and parallel graft technique in endovascular aortic repair of free and contained ruptured TAAA. Data will be collected anonymously and retrospectively, including patient demographics, risk factors, diagnosis and anatomical details, procedure details and post-operative outcomes.

NCT ID: NCT05954793 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Thoracoabdominal Aortic Aneurysm

A PMCF Study in Patients With Thoracoabdominal Aortic Aneurysms Treated With E-nside TAAA Multibranch Stent Graft System (INNER-B-APAC)

Start date: January 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The INNER-B-APAC post-market clinical follow-up study is undertaken to demonstrate the safety and clinical performance of the E-nside TAAA Multibranch Stent Graft System used in endovascular treatment of patients with thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysms.

NCT ID: NCT05800743 Enrolling by invitation - Aortic Dissection Clinical Trials
