Inclusion Criteria: - Suspected acute ischemic stroke and loading dose of Clopidogrel or Acetacylicacid Exclusion Criteria: - Previous treatment with platelet inhibitor - NOAC or Vitamin K-antagonist treatment - Final diagnosis other than Ischemoc stroke or Transitoric ischemic attack |
